Mr. Weimers received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane
Law School in 1985. He received his B.S.E.E. and a B.S. in Computer
Science from Tulane University in 1980. He is registered to practice
before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Registration No.
33,048.
