Experience
Mr. Suri's practice includes all aspects of intellectual
property law, including copyrights, trademarks and unfair
competition, patents and trade secrets. Mr. Suri has
represented many clients in diverse fields, such as publishing,
graphic design, software development, software consulting,
and a variety of e-commerce businesses as well as clients
in manufacturing industries including adhesives, automotive,
furniture, machine tool and plastics. Mr. Suri has
considerable experience in advising clients on intellectual
property and other issues relating to the Internet. He has
extensive litigation experience and draws on that experience
to provide advice to clients to help them avoid litigation.
Mr. Suri has also worked on numerous licensing and
other transactions.
